We are looking for a Training Specialist, a key Human Resources professional responsible for strengthening the team by identifying, creating, implementing, and monitoring solutions that promote skills development to help achieve business objectives.
Working closely with Directors and Managers, this role requires a generalist vision and a deep understanding of the business strategy regarding skills and competencies.
Key responsabilities:
- Participate in the design and implementation of learning initiatives related to the onboarding of new employees.
- Strengthen the development proposal for the Leaders segment, providing an innovative and transformative perspective in the proposed training solutions.
- Manage training activities and analyze learning data for decision-making, with a focus on critical talent.
- Identify, develop, and implement training programs in different areas of the business.
- Monitor and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to processes and outcomes.
- Comprehensively manage learning processes on the platform.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of learning to ensure the correct skills are being acquired.
- Support employees with training questions and platform usability.
- Generate, interpret, and improve training reports according to the needs of the department (people analytics).
- Support the coordination and logistics of training (face-to-face and/or virtual).
- Manage, process, and visualize data from learning surveys to evaluate the process.
What do we value:
- University degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field with a specialisation in Talent Development.
- Knowledge and experience of more than 5 years in designing, implementing, and evaluating training plans and learning programs.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with key stakeholders.
- Proactive and results-oriented, with a customer-focused and data-driven approach.
This is a hybrid position based in Buenos Aires. It is a full-time position for a project expected to last 9-12 months (with the possibility to extend). The contract will be on a contractor/freelancer basis.
