Are you passionate about creating extraordinary digital experiences? Cinemark is looking for a dedicated Digital Transformation and Project Coordinator to be part of their team in Argentina.

The Digital Transformation and Project Coordinator is responsible for delivering the Digital Transformation strategy, ensuring projects are completed within scope and on time. Projects will relate to the digital engagement ecosystem (Digital Channels such as WEB, MOBILE, KIOSKS, POS, CRM, BI) and the digitalization of various areas within the company (Finance, HR, Operations).

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the definition, discovery, and estimation processes of requests, ensuring the implementation of scalable solutions.
• Be accountable for delivering against the committed milestones of the digital roadmap, organizing internal and external resources accordingly.
• Manage relationships with key vendors and ensure the delivery of agreed-upon services.
• Become an expert in the complete Digital Engagement Ecosystem.
• Drive troubleshooting analyses to prevent business disruption.

What we value:

• 5+ years of proven experience in IT or Digital companies, with at least 2+ years in project management.
• Experience leading projects.
• Experience working across platforms, including but not limited to CRM, Mobile and Web Apps, Data & Analytics solutions, and Enterprise Resource Planning systems.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities – demonstrated ability to interact and lead in a multi-functional context; able to engage with broad leadership.
• A team player who can work effectively with peers and other associates within a collegial yet results-oriented management environment.
• Experience in leading or participating in software development projects using modern working frameworks (Agile, product management, etc.).
• Native Spanish speaker fluent in English, or native English speaker fluent in Spanish.
• A Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Informatics, or Engineering.
• Experience in defining and operating IT Services.
• Previous experience in Digital Product Management roles.
• Previous experience in business transformation projects.
• Previous experience with digital engagement ecosystems in retail industries.
• Demonstrated success in leading transformations that positively disrupt and transform the business, creating true impact.

This is a hybrid position (three days a week in the office). The Cinemark office is located in Palermo.
