We are looking for a Service Technician to join the team. This position is crucial for ensuring the optimal functioning of equipment and providing high-quality support to its clients. The main responsibilities of the role include:

• Diagnosing and repairing equipment failures.
• Performing preventive maintenance to ensure efficient operation of the equipment.
• Recommending best practices for both maintenance and operation of the equipment.
• Promoting the effective use of technical supplies, including film, clips, trays, and labels.
• Executing the commissioning of new and refurbished equipment.
• Generating detailed technical reports and assessments on the condition and performance of the equipment.
• Training client operators in the correct and efficient use of equipment.
• Conducting packaging tests and equipment process trials in the showroom.
• Staying up-to-date with technical knowledge through continuous training, making the most of in-person and virtual training opportunities offered by the company.

What We Value:

• Experience: More than 6 years of proven experience in similar positions or maintenance.
• Education: Completed technical high school; tertiary or university studies in related fields will be appreciated.
• Language: Advanced English (mandatory), with strong oral and written communication skills.
• Availability: Willingness to work overtime and travel occasionally, as needed.

Position Details:

• 🌎 Location: Greater Buenos Aires. Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
