We are seeking a Finance and Administrative Manager for a Leading Local Company in the Food & Beverage Industry.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Distributor Management: Oversee and maintain relationships with distributors, ensuring compliance with agreements and process optimization.
• Payment and Collection Recording: Monitor and log financial transactions, ensuring accurate processing of payments and collections.
• Supplier and Customer Relations: Manage relationships with suppliers and customers, providing responsive and efficient service.
• Banking Relations: Maintain communication and coordination with banks, managing the company’s financial flows.
• Administrative Operational Tasks: Ensure the smooth operation of administrative-financial processes, guaranteeing efficiency and compliance with internal standards.

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields (either completed or in the final years).
• Minimum of 4 to 5 years experience in similar roles within B2B companies, ideally in the food and beverage industry.
• Proactive, dynamic, and flexible profile with strong leadership skills and decision-making ability.
• Ability to work effectively in dynamic environments, handling multiple tasks and prioritizing efficiently.
• Intermediate English skills are a plus.
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
