We are looking for a talented and motivated individual to join a great team as a Product Functional Analyst. Ideally, someone with experience in requirements management, systems analysis, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.

Main Responsibilities:

• Collaborate on the product backlog, ensuring all items are clearly described, estimated, and prioritized in collaboration with multiple stakeholders and/or different software factories.
• Gather information from business areas to identify needs, translating requirements into functional specifications, creating use cases, and conducting tests.
• Coordinate tasks with vendors, internal IT staff, and business areas according to the nature of the activities.
• Provide functional support, diagnose issues, and implement corrective actions for solutions under your responsibility.
• Train users.
• Work collaboratively with IT, business, infrastructure teams, and all relevant stakeholders to ensure roadmap execution.
• Formulate hypotheses, MVPs, tests, and learnings to continuously improve products.
• Detect "bugs"/operational issues and resolve them.
• Generate and execute functional test cases based on product characteristics.
• Constantly research user and client needs, defining, executing, and measuring the success of implemented features.
• Track and analyze key product metrics to develop action plans that drive growth.

What we value:

• Degree or advanced student in Systems, Computer Science, or related fields.
• At least 3 years of proven experience in similar roles.
• Experience and knowledge in digital products.
• Experience in requirements gathering and analysis, specifically in creating documentation in the form of user stories/acceptance criteria.
• Product analysis experience.
• Experience with agile methodologies.
• Preferably experience in Ecommerce.
• Knowledge in SQL databases, SQL language, and understanding of data models.

🌎 Work modality: Hybrid (Initially one home office day per week).
