We’re looking for a motivated and experienced QA Analyst to join a dynamic team. The ideal profile will have skills in software testing, error identification, and process optimization.

Main Responsibilities

• Analyze requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide feedback.
• Create well-structured, complete, and detailed test cases and plans.
• Generate and validate acceptance criteria to ensure correct functionality of all product requirements and software delivery outputs.
• Execute test cases.
• Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities.
• Identify, log, and document test cases and their results.
• Track errors and verify their resolution.
• Perform complete regression testing once errors are fixed.
• Automate functional flow tests.
• Generate and execute stress tests (concurrency tests).
• Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams (developers and product managers) to identify system requirements.
• Investigate causes of software failing to meet specifications.
• Track quality control metrics, such as defect density and open defect counts.
• Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and strategies.

What we value:

• At least 3 years of experience in QA roles or similar.
• Experience in Frontend and Backend testing.
• Experience in creating test scripts for regression testing.
• Experience working on Ecommerce projects.
• Knowledge of application architecture and agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of SQL.
• Experience in test automation.
• Experience with API testing.
• CI/CD knowledge is a plus.
• Experience using tools such as Postman or similar.
