We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead digital and commercial projects. The ideal candidate will have a mix of project management expertise and knowledge of digital strategies.

• Design and ensure the successful execution of project plans aligned with strategic objectives.
• Define and manage project scope, establishing key milestones and specific goals.
• Identify and mitigate risks while ensuring quality standards meet requirements.
• Effectively coordinate and communicate with the team and stakeholders to achieve established objectives.
• Lead and motivate teams, fostering collaboration and commitment.
• Keep stakeholders informed of project progress, challenges, and risks, facilitating strategic decision-making.
• Oversee the implementation and operation of project platforms, ensuring safe, efficient, and business-aligned performance.

Technical Expertise Required 👩‍💻

• Monitoring, coordinating, and implementing CRM systems, Contact Center platforms, e-commerce platforms, Marketplaces, and customer support bots integrated with third-party platforms.
• Knowledge of management techniques and models such as Design Thinking, Agile, Scrum, and Problem Solving.

• Work mode: Hybrid (three days a week in the office).
• Location: Microcentro, CABA.
