Main Responsibilities

• Analyze and draft institutional projects.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation for each project.
• Standardize reports for effective tracking and follow-up.
• Coordinate with various departments to meet established deadlines.
• Maintain continuous relationships with all departments and their leaders.
• Apply appropriate verification techniques and manage necessary adjustments.

What We Value

• Degree or ongoing studies in Business Administration or Systems Engineering.
• Certifications or courses related to project management.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Project Manager in the IT sector.
• Experience managing innovation projects focused on administrative processes.
• Knowledge of statistics, metrics, and numerical reporting.
• Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously in a methodical and organized manner, with attention to detail and a results-oriented mindset.
• Knowledge of SAP.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency is desirable.
