A company in the socio-sanitary sector dedicated to improving the health and well-being of dependent individuals is looking to hire an Algorithm Engineer specialized in developing intelligent algorithms for the analysis and utilization of biometric data from IoT devices.
Main Responsibilities
Biometric Data Algorithm Development:
- Design and program algorithms to analyze biometric data and monitor physiological and contextual variables to support clinical decision-making.
- Implement functionalities such as activity detection, sleep/wake monitoring, fall detection, health prediction, and IoT device optimization.
Data Analysis and Visualization:
- Assess data quality and applicability for user monitoring.
- Create visualization tools (charts, dashboards) to simplify interpretation and decision-making.
Technical Collaboration:
- Work closely with the IoT team to develop monitoring solutions and optimize data generation.
- Participate in deploying algorithms and models into production environments.
What we’re looking for 🚀
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar projects.
- Advanced knowledge in mathematics and artificial intelligence algorithms.
- Experience with time series analysis (Kalman, ARIMA, LSTM).
- Expertise in mathematical optimization (linear, combinatorial, multi-objective).
- Proficiency in machine learning, Bayesian inference, graph theory, and causal analysis.
- Strong experience with statistical analysis, including descriptive, inferential, multivariate, survival analysis, and outlier detection.
- Proficient in Python, with experience using libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Matplotlib, and SciPy.
- Ability to write clean and efficient code.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience analyzing biometric data and working with time series.
- Knowledge of relational databases (MySQL) and non-relational, time-series-oriented databases.
- Familiarity with Big Data tools (Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, Nifi).
- Experience in deploying machine learning models and creating visualization tools.
- Knowledge of R for advanced statistical analysis.
Conditions
- Location: Boadilla del Monte (Madrid).
- Contract: Permanent.
- Schedule: Full-time (60% remote work optional).
- Start Date: Immediate.
