Currently, they are seeking a Business Integration Analyst, who will be responsible for understanding the needs of residential customers and proposing improvements in business processes, products, and services—translating them into innovative and efficient solutions. This role will act as a bridge between business, operational, and technology areas, ensuring that residential internet products and services align with the company's commercial strategies and market expectations. 

Main Responsibilities:

Process Analysis:

• Identify and analyze current residential internet service provision processes, seeking opportunities for efficiency and quality improvements.
• Map and document end-to-end service provisioning processes, from customer acquisition to post-sales support.
• Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement in processes.
• Design and implement new methodologies and tools to optimize processes.
• Propose and design solutions to improve processes using methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma.
• Measure and evaluate process performance by establishing key performance indicators (KPIs).

Data Management:

• Use data analysis tools to identify patterns and trends in customer behavior.
• Collect, clean, and analyze data from various sources (CRM, billing systems, social media, etc.) to gain insights into customer behavior and KPIs.
• Develop dashboards and reports to monitor process performance and enable data-driven decision-making.

Customer Experience Optimization:

• Analyze customer touchpoints throughout the lifecycle and identify opportunities to enhance the experience.
• Design and implement initiatives to reduce incident resolution times, increase customer satisfaction, and lower churn rates.

Process Automation:

• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and improve operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with technology teams to implement automation solutions.

Project Management:

• Lead and coordinate improvement and digital transformation projects related to residential internet services.
• Manage project resources, timelines, and budgets.
• Ensure alignment of projects with the company’s strategic objectives.

Market and Competitor Analysis:

• Assist in analyzing the residential internet services market, identifying trends, opportunities, and threats.
• Monitor competitors, evaluating their offerings, pricing, and strategies.
• Support the company’s market positioning and develop differentiating value propositions.

What we value:

• Being a graduate or advanced student in mathematics, statistics, finance, economics, engineering, or a related field.
• Experience as a business analyst in a similar industry (Minimum 3 years).
• Experience with business intelligence software (BI, Tableau, MicroStrategy).
• Experience in analyzing business strategies.
• Proficiency in AI tools.
