We are looking for a PCP Supervisor to join their team. This role will report to the Production Manager and will include the following responsibilities:

• Oversee the manufacturing and packaging process according to the Summa System.
• Monitor stock levels of finished products, semi-finished products, and bulk materials.
• Review the program compliance and production updates for the daily meeting with supervisors.
• Prepare the weekly manufacturing program.
• Work with the supply chain planning analyst and packaging planner to analyze key deviations and root causes.
• Generate documentation for ISO standards.
• Manage the plant’s month-end closure.
• Prepare the production budget and headcount for manufacturing and packaging, along with machine capacity analysis.
• Monitor the supply of raw materials for the upcoming production quarter and update monthly tracking.
• Create the annual budget (production in-house and third-party, staffing analysis).
• Review the material coverage for the annual budget.

What will we value?

• At least 3 years of experience in Production Planning and Control.
• Degree in Engineering or Industrial Engineering.
• Knowledge of MRP – II.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Strong analytical skills, rigorous personality, and attention to detail.

Position Features:
🌎 Location: Villa Madero. Monday to Friday, 06:00 to 15:00 or 07:00 to 16:00.
