If you're looking for a challenge in a leading company, this is your opportunity. We are looking for an Operations and Planning Leader with experience in planning, logistics, and procurement, who is eager to add value in a dynamic and growing environment.

Main Responsibilities:

• Analyze purchases based on forecasts and orders to ensure efficient planning.
• Manage purchasing and track order follow-ups with suppliers.
• Coordinate import and export operations.
• Control inventory to ensure availability and optimal rotation.
• Monitor and manage KPIs to meet performance objectives.
• Supervise dispatch and invoicing processes.
• Optimize logistics processes aligned with the company’s goals.

What We Value:

• University degree in International Trade, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Over 3 years of experience in similar roles within the food or supply chain sectors.
• Knowledge of tools such as Microsoft Office and Power BI (desirable).
• Proactive, autonomous, and results-driven profile.
• Advanced English (preferred).
• Experience in project management and logistics process analysis.

📍 Location: Mexico City.

🌎 Work Mode: In-office, Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
