We are seeking a Marketing Analyst to join their team. This role reports to the Marketing Manager and will be responsible for:

• Developing briefs for the design of various communication materials: POP materials, packaging, newsletters, website, etc.
• Preparing briefs for photo shoots and managing all related stages.
• Liaising with design and creative agencies.
• Performing multiple administrative tasks within the department: invoice management and budget tracking, submitting requests to the Purchasing department, preparing ISO forms for the approval of designed materials, registering and modifying products and supplies in the management system, assigning EAN and DUN codes in the GS1 system.
• Handling requests from the sales force and ensuring timely responses: sending POP materials, displays, photos, videos, etc.
• Collaborating, coordinating, and attending trade shows and exhibitions.
• Managing influencer content: tracking content delivery, approval, uploading and downloading materials, and sending products for exchange.

What are we looking for?

• Degree completed or in progress in Communications, Marketing, Business, or related fields.
• At least 2 years of experience in similar roles or tasks.
• Strong writing skills and the ability to translate needs into creative briefs aligned with business objectives.
• Creative thinking and collaborative mindset.
• Good interpersonal skills and team spirit.
• Knowledge of social media management, KPI tracking and interpretation, and content creation.
• Proficiency in Office tools.
• Experience using Canva, ChatGPT, and design tools such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proactive personality, well-organized, and adaptable to change.

Position Details

🌎 Location: Villa Madero // Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. Initially on-site, then hybrid.
✔️ Direct and permanent hire by the company.
