About the Role
We’re looking for a Financial Coordinator for LATAM to lead complex financial processes, deliver impactful analysis, and support key decisions in a growing regional operation.
🎯 Your main goal will be to lead financial planning, coordinate teams, propose improvements, and act as a key link between commercial and operational areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and monitor the annual financial and economic budget (cash flow).
- Analyze financial results across different timeframes (monthly, yearly).
- Generate budget variance reports and propose improvement actions.
- Coordinate the preparation of credit folders and manage relationships with banks, credit guarantee agencies, and financial institutions.
- Evaluate financing and investment options, including regional investment projects.
- Support the implementation of processes to professionalize treasury and financial management.
- Lead the regional finance team with a strong focus on performance and development.
Candidate Profile:
- 8+ years of experience in finance, budgeting, and economic management.
- Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related fields. A postgraduate degree in Finance is a plus.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems (SAP, Tango, SUMMA, etc.).
- Knowledge of visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
- Intermediate to advanced English.
Key Skills:
- Autonomous, proactive, analytical, and results-driven profile.
- Experience in manufacturing or distribution companies is a strong asset.
