We are looking for a Financial & Administrative Lead with strong analytical skills and a passion for continuous improvement, on behalf of a leading international consumer goods company.
Weâre looking for someone who brings clarity, control, and structure to administrative and accounting processesâand whoâs eager to be part of a dynamic, growing operation.
Your role will be essential to ensuring the financial health of the business in Mexico, collaborating with HQ, and contributing to the professionalization of local processes.
Main responsibilities:
- Ensure the companyâs financial balance and compliance with accounting regulations.
- Prepare regular reports for headquarters: results, cash flow, account statements, KPIs, and more.
- Coordinate and execute accounting tasks: reconciliations, system entries, balance sheets (together with external accountants).
- Contribute to projects aimed at improving and automating financial and administrative processes.
- Maintain close contact with Operations and Commercial teams.
What we value:
- 5+ years of experience in similar roles, ideally in mid-sized companies within the food, beverage, pharma, or distribution industries.
- Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields (required). A postgraduate degree in Finance is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills, autonomy, and a flexible mindset.
- Solid experience with ERP systems and end-to-end accounting processes.
