Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop full-stack applications using Java/Spring Boot for backend and
• Node.js/React for frontend
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices in both Java and Node.js
• environments
• Create responsive, user-friendly web interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks
• Implement real-time features using WebSockets and event-driven architectures
• Manage data persistence across SQL (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases
• Integrate third-party services and APIs across different platforms
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and optimize application performance
• Write comprehensive tests for both backend services and frontend components

Required Skills
Backend Technologies:

• Java 16+ proficiency with a strong understanding of OOP principles, design patterns,
• and the Java ecosystem
• Spring Framework expertise: Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA, Spring
• Security
• RESTful API design principles and best practices
• Database skills: PostgreSQL, SQL optimization, database design, and migrations
• Testing frameworks: JUnit, Mockito, TestContainers, integration testing strategies
• Messaging: Apache Kafka (producers, consumers, streams)
• Serialization and Marshalling: AVRO or Protocol Buffers for data serialization.
• Version control: Git, GitHub/GitLab workflows, branching strategies

Frontend Technologies:

• TypeScript proficiency with ES6+ features
• React.js functional components and hooks
• HTML5/CSS3 with responsive design principles
• CSS frameworks: Styled Components (Emotion CSS or similar)
• State management: Zustand, Context API, or similar
• Build tools: Webpack, or similar

Development Practices:

• Microservices architecture and distributed systems concepts
• CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Containerization with Docker
• API documentation (OpenAPI/Swagger)
• Logging and monitoring (ELK stack, Prometheus, Grafana)
• Agile/Scrum methodologies

What we’re looking for

• Mid-level (3+ years) or Senior-level (5+ years) developers
• Comfortable with English (B1+)
• Strong sense of ownership, code quality, and system thinking

Nice to Have

• Node.js with Express.js or NestJS framework experience (Very Nice to have)
• Cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) with serverless experience
• Kubernetes and microservices orchestration
• WebSocket implementation in both Java and Node.js
• GraphQL implementation experience
• Experience with monorepo management (Lerna, Nx)
• Performance optimization and monitoring tools
• E2E testing frameworks (Cypress)
