The Position
Olé Life is looking for a Sales Executive to join its growing commercial team.
The selected candidate will play a key role in expanding the company’s reach, generating new business opportunities, building trusted relationships with agents and partners, and ensuring that more families can access the protection they need.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect, qualify, and convert agents, partners, and clients into long-term relationships.
- Manage the full sales cycle: outreach, pitch, negotiation, and closing.
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Deliver product presentations and training sessions for agents and potential clients.
- Collaborate with Customer Experience, Marketing, and Operations to ensure smooth onboarding and aligned go-to-market strategies.
- Provide feedback to Product and Tech teams based on client and agent needs.
- Represent Olé Life at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of sales experience (ideally in insurance, fintech, or fast-growing startups).
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proactive, resilient, and comfortable working in a high-growth environment.
- Fluent in Spanish and English (Portuguese is a plus).
- Knowledge of the LATAM insurance market is desirable.
- The search is oriented towards professionals based in Buenos Aires (Argentina) or Santiago (Chile).
