We are currently looking for a Business Relationship Manager to join our premium BNI group in the region. This role is all about fostering trust, building valuable business connections, and supporting members in creating opportunities that truly matter.
Key Responsibilities:
- Building and maintaining positive relationships among members of the premium B&I group in the region.
- Activating members and supporting them in establishing valuable business connections.
- Using Trello to manage activities, preparing introductions, and fostering cooperation between entrepreneurs.
- Organizing and attending regular meetings with members (approx. 10 per week).
- Calling companies and inviting C-level representatives to B&I meetings.
- Preparing meeting reports and reviewing contact lists to identify opportunities aligned with membersâ needs.
- Taking part in internal briefings, brainstorming sessions, and follow-ups.
- Contributing to member retention initiatives.
Requirements:
- 2â3 months onboarding period, followed by performance verification.
- Strong business-oriented mindset with proven relationship-building skills.
- High personal culture, professionalism, and businesslike appearance.
- Proactive, positive attitude with an open mind.
- Strong organizational skills and independence.
- Flexibility regarding working hours, including occasional overtime.
