We are looking for the next Growth Manager to join Cabify Logistics in Colombia.
Role Mission
Cabify Logistics is building the most reliable and efficient urban delivery platform in LATAM.
As Growth Manager, you will act as the bridge between operational execution and commercial scalability—leading the planning, coordination, and strategy required to grow the business with healthy unit economics and effective monetization.
You will play a key role in defining new business models and their go-to-market strategies, while leading pricing optimization, performance monitoring, client targeting, and the alignment between supply and demand.
You will work closely with product, marketing, and operations teams to turn ideas into profitable, sustained growth.
Key Responsibilities
Growth, Monetization & Strategic Enablers
- Design scalable acquisition channels for drivers and users.
- Define and execute go-to-market strategies for new business models and verticals.
- Align growth plans with profitability and monetization targets.
- Lead cross-functional coordination for launches, pricing, and investment.
- Drive strategic partnerships and integrations with key clients.
- Build continuous-improvement processes, KPI governance, and ownership models across teams.
- Implement validation frameworks, A/B testing, and data-driven experimentation.
- Establish long-term business enablers through integrated planning and collaboration with leadership.
Analytics & Performance Monitoring
- Design and maintain operational data models and reporting pipelines.
- Analyze demand patterns and marketplace behavior to optimize engagement.
- Monitor competition and generate actionable insights.
- Define customer and driver profiles, refining segmentation strategies.
- Create executive-level reporting to support strategic decision-making.
Execution & Operational Enablement
- Manage pricing configurations, product settings, and operational variables on the platform.
- Support adoption and implementation of the Logistics App across units.
- Maintain dashboards, service reports, and billing reconciliations.
- Coordinate cost provisions, discounts, loyalty programs, and legal communications with drivers.
Profile Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in growth, strategy, operations, or business analytics—ideally in technology, logistics, fintech, e-commerce, or marketplace environments.
- Proven experience leading teams and developing talent across different geographies.
- Strong data-driven decision-making skills and proficiency in Excel, SQL, and BI platforms (Looker, Tableau, Data Studio, etc.).
- Ability to connect strategy with execution, from high-level vision to operational delivery.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-team alignment skills.
- High proactivity, sense of urgency, and focus on continuous improvement.
