Grupo Harmony is a leading multi-Latin company specialized in the commercialization of ingredients for the food and pharmaceutical industries, with strong regional presence and a clear focus on innovation, business development, and collaborative work.
We are currently looking for a Marketing Analyst – ANCAM, based at our offices in Pontevedra, Bogotá, who is eager to play an active role in the regional marketing strategy for the Andean region, Central America, and the Caribbean, working closely with commercial and technical teams.
What will your role be?
You will be responsible for developing, executing, and monitoring the regional marketing strategic plan, aligned with business objectives and in close collaboration with commercial management and internal teams.
Your main challenges will include:
Execute and follow up on the strategic marketing plan for the ANCAM region, aligned with commercial objectives.
Work collaboratively with Commercial, Technical, and internal teams to drive business growth.
Analyze metrics, KPIs, and campaign performance, generating reports and actionable recommendations.
Design commercial support materials and customized mockups, aligned with brand identity.
Conduct market studies, trend analysis, and marketing reports.
Coordinate external vendors and support the commercial team during presentations and Innovation Days.
Manage the marketing budget, driving optimization and continuous improvement.
What we value in you:
Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
2 to 3 years of experience in similar roles, ideally in B2B environments or the food industry (preferred).
Proficiency in design and editing tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, and AI-based tools).
Knowledge of social media, content strategies, and digital marketing.
Advanced level of English.
Strong self-management skills, decision-making ability, and a strategic, results-oriented mindset.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in teams.
Employment conditions:
Immediate start.
Permanent contract with statutory benefits.
Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
