Your mission

You will manage and develop a portfolio of industrial customers, providing commercial and technical support to grow sales, improve margins and strengthen long-term relationships in the German market.

What you’ll do

• Manage a portfolio of industrial customers, ensuring high-quality commercial service.

• Prepare quotations, define prices and calculate margins, following up on offers and orders.

• Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, purchasing and quality to ensure reliable supply and customer satisfaction.

• Monitor sales performance and budget deviations for your assigned accounts and propose corrective actions.

• Identify new sales opportunities and support the development of the German market.

• Keep customer data, commercial actions and opportunities updated in the CRM and internal systems.

• Work with fluctuating metal prices and cost structures in a dynamic commodity environment.

What we’re looking for

• Experience in B2B sales, inside sales or commercial support in an industrial or technical environment.

• Background in industrial distribution, metals, electrical industry or manufacturing is a strong plus.

• Strong commercial and numerical skills, with a structured and analytical mindset.

• Good command of Excel and Office tools and willingness to learn and work with CRM and internal systems.

• Proactive, reliable, detail-oriented and customer-focused.

• Languages: German (fluent or native), English (working level). Spanish is a plus.
