The company operates across multiple regions and is currently undergoing a process of technological evolution and IT structure strengthening to support business growth in the Americas.
In this context, Tri Marine is consolidating a regional IT hub in Panama to support operations across Latin America and North America, fully aligned with the group’s global standards.
Role Mission
The IT Infrastructure & Digital Experience Manager – AMER will be responsible for leading the regional coordination of infrastructure and digital user experience services, acting as a key liaison between local teams in the Americas and central teams in Europe.
The role combines operational management, regional leadership, and project execution, ensuring service continuity, technological standardization, and a consistent digital experience for teams across the region, in line with the group’s global policies and frameworks.
Main Challenges
Coordinate IT infrastructure operations and digital workplace services across Latin America and North America.
Oversee on-premise, hybrid, and cloud environments, with a strong focus on Microsoft Azure.
Manage external vendors providing infrastructure, connectivity, support, and workplace services.
Ensure proper adoption and governance of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, Intune).
Lead regional integration and technology transformation projects.
Act as the regional point of contact for IT Infrastructure and Digital Experience topics.
Coordinate and support local IT teams across different countries in the region.
Work closely with cybersecurity teams and global IT to ensure standards, compliance, and operational continuity.
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure, operations, or regional technology management roles.
Solid experience working in multinational environments with operations across multiple countries.
University degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Telecommunications, or related fields.
Generalist technical knowledge of IT infrastructure (servers, networks, virtualization, cloud).
Experience with Microsoft environments (Azure, Microsoft 365, collaboration and management tools).
Ability to manage vendors and lead medium- to high-complexity technology projects.
Fluent English and Spanish (mandatory).
Availability for frequent travel within the region.
