The Role
More than a Business Development role, this position sits at the heart of strategic opportunity generation and market expansion.
As a Senior Business Development Analyst, you will be responsible for opening new paths, building high-level relationships, and ensuring that the Commercial team focuses only on real, qualified opportunities with strong closing potential.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute market expansion and prospecting strategies focused on new B2B business opportunities
Manage the full pre-qualification cycle, ensuring leads are converted into real opportunities
Identify and prospect target companies, uncovering strategic needs and projects
Lead consultative and personalized outreach with decision-makers and key stakeholders
Position Dedalus solutions in alignment with client needs, objectives, and business challenges
Identify patterns and generate insights from qualified leads to strengthen commercial strategy
Maintain and update strategic information within the CRM
Design and execute tailored outreach cadences for different customer profiles
Actively participate in meetings with leads and support the Commercial team in closing processes
Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams
Requirements
Proven experience in high-volume outbound prospecting
Strong knowledge of sales methodologies and cadence strategies (SPIN Selling, Challenger Sale, Sandler, etc.)
Hands-on experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
Ability to build rapport and lead consultative conversations with decision-makers
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong persuasive storytelling ability
Results-driven mindset, with discipline and resilience
Experience in B2B consultative sales and complex projects
Strong analytical skills and ability to manage and structure pipeline
English and/or Spanish is a plus
