Role Purpose
As a Portfolio Analyst, you will be part of the analysis, monitoring, and optimization of investments, delivering key financial insights to support decision-making.
Your role will be critical in ensuring that each transaction is not only viable, but also sustainable and aligned with the organization’s long-term strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain complex financial models to project investment performance under different scenarios
Conduct in-depth portfolio performance analysis, identifying risks, deviations, and optimization opportunities
Continuously monitor portfolio assets, anticipating potential alerts or adjustment needs
Prepare periodic performance reports, including cash flow analysis, sensitivity, and scenario modeling
Support the comprehensive evaluation of new transactions, integrating risk, legal, technical, and socio-environmental inputs
Contribute to the preparation of materials for investment committees and senior management
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure a holistic view of the portfolio
Manage financial databases, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and traceability of information
Contribute to portfolio strategy reviews and adjustments based on market conditions
Support restructuring processes or the analysis of new investment opportunities
What profile are we looking for?
An analytical professional with strong critical thinking and attention to detail, capable of handling large volumes of information in demanding environments, and eager to grow in investments and portfolio management.
We’re looking for someone who doesn’t just analyze data — but understands the business behind every decision.
Key Requirements
3+ years of experience in financial analysis, investments, or portfolio management
Degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related fields
Strong experience in advanced financial modeling
Knowledge of risk analysis and investment evaluation
Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial tools (Bloomberg or similar)
Fluency in Spanish and English (additional languages are a plus)
Strong synthesis and communication skills to present complex analysis clearly
High level of organization, autonomy, and ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
