We are looking for a Construction Project Director to comprehensively lead the development of real estate projects, ensuring proper execution from the initial planning and design stages through construction, commissioning, and closeout.

We are looking for a professional with solid experience in construction project management, capable of representing the owner’s interests, leading multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring compliance with the project’s strategic objectives in terms of cost, schedule, quality, safety, profitability, and risk management.

The successful candidate will be responsible for defining execution strategies, coordinating technical teams and contractors, managing contracts, and making key decisions that maximize the value of the investment.

What We Are Looking For

Professionals with a degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Engineering, Project Management, or related fields.

Proven experience as a Project Director, Senior Project Manager, or similar positions leading large-scale construction projects.

Strong knowledge of the complete project lifecycle: planning, design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and closeout.

Experience in preparing and monitoring Project Execution Plans (PEP), master schedules, budgets, risk management, and procurement plans.

Ability to lead tendering processes, proposal evaluation, negotiation, and contract award.

Experience managing contractors, consultants, architects, and engineers, ensuring effective coordination among all parties involved.

Knowledge of contract administration, change control, claims, warranties, insurance, and contractual compliance.

Ability to control budgets, cash flow, physical progress, and project deviations.

Experience working with document management, construction control, RFIs, submittals, drawings, and technical documentation tools.
