We are looking for an Industrial Refrigeration Technician to join a leading company specialized in refrigeration solutions in Panama. The role ensures the optimal performance and efficiency of cooling equipment in the field.

What we're looking for: A technical, highly resourceful, and autonomous profile, focused on diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing industrial and commercial cooling systems.

Main challenges

• Diagnose, maintain and repair refrigeration equipment.

• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical and cooling failures.

• Install, inspect and commission equipment.

• Provide direct on-site technical support.

• Ensure safety and operational quality standards.

What we value

• Solid experience in industrial/commercial refrigeration maintenance.

• Technical training in Refrigeration, Electromechanics or Electricity.

• Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical faults.

• Valid work permit in Panama.

• Availability for fieldwork and overtime.
