Where could your experience take you?

Nestlé is looking for talent for a Regional Business Controller position, responsible for financial planning, performance monitoring, and consolidating management indicators across markets in the region.

A challenging opportunity that combines strategic thinking, financial analysis, leadership, and collaboration with cross-functional teams, supporting business decisions and contributing to the organization's sustainable growth.

What will be your main responsibilities?

• Contribute to the development and implementation of business and financial strategies across countries in the region.

• Ensure the quality, consistency, and timely availability of regional financial information.

• Consolidate and analyze financial and operational KPIs, identifying risks, opportunities, and recommendations to support decision-making.

• Lead financial performance monitoring across markets, coordinating regular business reviews with Controlling teams.

• Actively participate in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.

• Analyze profitability, costs, transfer pricing, exchange rates, and other factors affecting business performance.

• Drive cost optimization initiatives, capital efficiency, and improvements in returns on commercial investments.

• Evaluate opportunities to improve product portfolios, cost structures, and capital investment projects (CAPEX).

• Support strategic projects involving innovation, acquisitions, restructuring, and business transformation.

• Strengthen collaboration across markets, promoting financial best practices, processes, and controls.

• Lead, develop, and support regional Controlling teams, contributing to talent development and succession planning.

What experience and qualifications are we looking for?

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.

• Strong professional background in Finance & Controlling (F&C), including experience in positions of responsibility and team leadership.

• Previous experience in Controlling, Commercial Finance, Industrial Finance, or Supply Chain Finance.

• Experience in the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) industry.

• Exposure to senior leadership teams and involvement in strategic business decisions.

• Experience working in matrix organizations, collaborating with teams and stakeholders across different markets and functions.

• Strong knowledge of financial planning, profitability analysis, performance indicators, and investment evaluation.

• English proficiency.
