Role Purpose

As a Commercial Operations Specialist, you will play a key role across commercial, supplier, client, and internal teams, ensuring the proper execution and follow-up of contracts, logistics operations, and administrative processes.

You will sit at the center of the operation, driving order, traceability, and efficiency at every stage of the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate import/export processes and related documentation
• Manage the operational flow between clients, suppliers, and internal teams
• Monitor contracts, ensuring proper execution and closure
• Coordinate logistics documentation and shipment dispatch
• Handle logistics claims in collaboration with quality, risk, and commercial teams
• Ensure accurate invoicing and payment processes (AP/AR) in coordination with Finance
• Maintain updated databases and operational records
• Support the commercial team in the operational execution of the business
• Ensure high service levels and responsiveness to clients and suppliers

Key Requirements

• Degree in International Trade, Business Administration, or related fields
• Experience in import/export documentation and logistics operations
• Knowledge of customs processes and shipment coordination
• Intermediate Excel and Office tools
• Intermediate English (reading and communication)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work cross-functionally and coordinate multiple stakeholders
