We are looking for a Logistics Handling Specialist to join an international team!
The candidate will primarily handle customer order processing (products and systems), engage in logistics activities, and maintain regular contact with clients. There is also the possibility of working remotely.
What are your responsibilities?
- Order management: Process and execute customer orders in the system (SAP) accurately and efficiently.
- Customer communication: Provide timely and clear communication with customers via email and phone, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with internal departments, including sales, procurement, and finance, to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
- Logistics coordination: Organize deliveries and manage material flow within the company, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and timelines.
- Inventory management: Monitor stock levels and coordinate with supply chain teams to prevent shortages or delays.
- Warranty and returns: Manage the warranty and return process, including coordinating replacements or refunds and updating records.
- Data analysis: Analyze order and logistics data to identify trends, suggest improvements, and optimize processes.
- Continuous improvement: Proactively suggest and implement ideas to improve efficiency, customer satisfaction, and overall process quality.
- Reporting: Prepare and maintain reports on order status, inventory levels, and other key metrics to support decision-making.
What do we value?

Experience: Background in logistics, order management, or customer service is highly desirable (+5 years).
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in SAP or similar ERP systems; strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel, are beneficial.
- Team Collaboration, problem-solving skills, and customer focus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
