The company excels in providing comprehensive services, including pre- and post-sales support, training, and ongoing assistance.
The Technical Sales Advisor (TSA) will play a key role in optimizing the equipment quotation process, providing technical support to the Sales Department and efficiently responding to customer demands.
This role involves technical equipment configuration, preparing quotations, and managing approvals with the Head Office in Germany.
Main challenges:
- Provide technical support and advice to commercial executives in Argentina, Uruguay, and Paraguay, closely collaborating to identify customer needs.
- Receive and analyze information regarding specific customer requirements.
- Perform technical machine configurations using specialized software, ensuring each piece of equipment is customized to meet the client’s demands.
- Prepare quotations, including cost estimation and drafting the technical description of the machines.
- Manage the submission of information to the Head Office in Germany for approval.
- Provide advice on the technical specifications of equipment and potential additional accessories.
What do we value:
- Academic Background: University degree in Electronic, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering or related fields (preferred). Candidates with technical education or incomplete university studies will also be considered.
- Experience: 7-8+ years of experience in technical support and client advisory roles. Additional experience as a Process Engineer will be highly valued.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with 2D/3D CAD software and processes within the food industry.
- Languages: Advanced English is mandatory; German is a plus.
Position Details:
- 🌎 Location: Greater Buenos Aires, with most days in the office and some remote work. Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
