Main Responsibilities:

• Develop Prototypes and Wireframes: Create low- and high-fidelity prototypes for websites and mobile applications using tools such as Figma or Invision.
• Conduct Usability Research: Perform usability tests and user interviews to validate design solutions and enhance the user experience.
• Create Intuitive Interfaces: Develop responsive layouts and visual interfaces, ensuring consistency with brand design guidelines.
• Analyze and Optimize User Experience: Monitor performance metrics and apply improvements based on user feedback, A/B testing, and analytics to enhance user experience.

Position Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Design (required).
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in UX and UI design for websites or mobile apps.
• Prototyping: At least 1 year of experience creating low- and high-fidelity prototypes using tools like Invision or Figma.
• Languages: Fluency in Portuguese.
• Availability: Immediate.
• Work Model: Hybrid, with on-site client presence 2 to 3 times per week.
