Cinemark Hoyts is seeking a Head of Digital Products to lead and optimize its digital platforms: website, app, and self-service kiosks. This role is key to driving innovation, enhancing the customer experience, and maximizing performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of strategies and projects impacting digital products, including the website, app, and self-service kiosks.
• Evaluate and structure high-impact initiatives for digital products.
• Improve and enhance existing features while designing and implementing new functionalities to drive sales.
• Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to uncover improvement opportunities.
• Foster a culture of digital innovation through continuous A/B testing.
• Manage and respond to requests for reports and analyses.
• Oversee the digital analytics framework, including web/app tagging, data layers, and tag management systems, as well as SEO, navigation, and conversion optimization.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Monitor and report project statuses, manage priorities, and assign responsibilities.
• Coordinate relationships with external agencies and vendors.

What are we looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Economics, Product Design, Digital Business Administration, or a related field (required).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in managing digital products.
• Proven experience and in-depth knowledge of agile methodologies, project management tools, and data analysis.
• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
• Expertise in UX design processes and protocols.
• Solid knowledge of designing, implementing, and analyzing A/B tests.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to work effectively in teams.
• Experience in website analysis and strategic use of data.
