We are looking for a Marketing Specialist for a leading agro-industrial company with a presence in several Latin American countries. Committed to innovation and sustainability, they work closely with local communities and producers to create a positive impact on the agricultural industry.

As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies tailored to the Peruvian market. You will work closely with regional and local teams to create campaigns that reflect the commitment to quality and sustainability in the agro-industry.

What will the main challenges be?

• Develop marketing strategies that connect with local and regional consumers.
• Manage both digital and traditional marketing campaigns.
• Conduct market research to understand the needs and behaviors of the Peruvian agricultural sector.
• Build partnerships with local stakeholders and organize events to promote the brand.
• Analyze campaign performance and provide strategic recommendations.

What will we value?

• A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
• At least 3 years of marketing experience, preferably in the agro or FMCG sector.
• Knowledge of the Peruvian market and trends in the agro-industry.
• Strong digital marketing skills, including SEO, social media, and email marketing.
• Proficiency in English is valued.
