We are looking for a Technical Sales Executive with at least 3 years of experience in the field to join their team based in El Salvador.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Business Plan Development: Develop effective strategies and ensure the achievement of sales objectives.
- Client Management: Maintain and strengthen relationships with current clients to maximize satisfaction and business growth.
- Identify and seize opportunities: Capitalize on opportunities with existing and prospective clients to expand the business portfolio.
- Client Prospecting: Research and approach new potential clients that align with the company’s objectives.
- Project Management: Oversee the necessary resources for project development, ensuring proper execution.
- Analysis and Reporting: Update internal systems and create detailed reports for monitoring and evaluation.
What we're looking for:
- Graduates or advanced students in Chemical Engineering, Food Science, or related fields.
- At least 2 years of experience in the commercial sector.
- Knowledge of the food, beverage, and pharmaceutical markets, as well as the sales cycle of different supplies (players, trends, etc.).
- Results-oriented, with leadership skills and autonomy in managing projects.
- Strong communication skills.
- Intermediate English proficiency.
- Availability to travel.
- Own a vehicle and have a valid driver’s license.
