What will be your main challenges?

• Product strategy collaboration: Define the short- and long-term product portfolio. Create a development plan detailing product features and improvements.
• Change management: Oversee and manage product changes throughout its lifecycle, ensuring they remain competitive and relevant.
• Regulatory compliance/certifications: Coordinate tests, certifications, and issue technical reports related to electrical safety and energy efficiency.
• Market analysis: Research trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify opportunities and risks. Conduct benchmarking studies to enhance products.
• Product performance: Track and analyze key KPIs to assess product performance, making data-driven adjustments to optimize success as necessary.
• Interaction with marketing and sales: Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to ensure aligned communication about the product.
• Budget management: Oversee the product budget, ensuring financial goals are met.
• Supplier management: Manage relationships with national and international suppliers.

What are we looking for?

• More than 3 years of experience in similar positions.
• University education preferably in Engineering (Industrial), Business Administration, or related fields. Technical secondary education is desirable.
• Proactive and autonomous capacity.
• Interpersonal skills for teamwork.
• Proven experience using English professionally, both in verbal communication and in writing reports/documents.
