Key Responsibilities:

• Posting job ads on recruitment platforms.
• Screening and pre-selecting candidates based on soft skills and profile requirements.
• Conducting interviews and presenting candidates to the client.
• Monitoring the recruitment process using key selection indicators.
• Supporting the onboarding process of new hires into the company.
• Managing schedules and coordinating interviews.

What we value:

• Over 5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the hospitality, retail, or industries with high-volume hiring processes.
• Native Polish speaker with advanced English skills.
• Proficiency in recruitment portals and ATS systems.
• Availability to work remotely, Monday through Friday.
• Ability to invoice as an independent contractor or freelancer. This is a project with a minimum duration of 3 months, with the possibility of extension.
