An exciting opportunity has opened for a Regional Finance Analyst focused on financial planning, reporting, and strategic insights. This role is key to ensuring accurate financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting while supporting business decisions at a regional level.

As part of the Finance Team, this position reports directly to the Regional Finance Manager and involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Reporting & Analysis
  • Manage regional financial reporting, ensuring compliance with internal and external standards.
  • Oversee the monthly business review process, working closely with headquarters.
  • Analyze financial performance, ensuring accuracy and clarity in variance explanations.
• Budgeting, Forecasting & Planning
  • Lead the planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy.
  • Coordinate long-term and annual operating plans.
  • Support the finance team in key financial planning and reporting tasks.
• Process Improvement & Strategic Initiatives
  • Drive continuous improvements in forecasting accuracy and financial reporting methods.
  • Lead and support financial projects, including cross-regional and HQ-driven initiatives.

What makes you stand out?

• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
• Fluency in English (B2-C1 level).
• Experience using reporting tools.
• Previous experience in Business Control, Financial Analysis, Managerial Reporting, or Financial Modeling.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a multicultural environment.
• A proactive and agile mindset, with the ability to work independently and adapt to change.
