We are looking for a Brand Manager for a major Consumer Goods Company in Argentina!

This is your opportunity to join a leading company in the consumer goods industry, where you will play a key role in developing and positioning its brands in a dynamic market.
What will be your main challenges?
- Brand Strategy & Positioning: Design and execute comprehensive branding strategies to strengthen brand identity and market presence.
- Campaign Management: Oversee ATL and BTL campaigns, integrating digital and traditional media, as well as promotional activities in AMBA retail points.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor campaign performance using KPIs and optimize return on investment (ROI).
- Digital Communication: Manage and optimize brand communication across platforms (website, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, etc.), ensuring consistency and relevance.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with different teams to execute marketing strategies successfully.
- Sales Support: Develop marketing materials and strategies for key clients, supporting Key Account Managers.
- Training: Educate the sales team on brand values, strategies, and objectives to ensure accurate messaging to consumers.
- Product Launch & Promotions: Coordinate product launches and promotional initiatives in alignment with business needs.
- Budget Management: Oversee the assigned brand budget, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
What are we looking for?
- Degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Proven experience of at least 5 years in similar roles, ideally in FMCG or retail companies.
- Advanced knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Strong analytical, creative, and leadership skills to work with teams and manage complex projects.
- Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written).
- Proficiency in analysis and presentation tools.
