We are looking for a Senior Quality and Technical Development Analyst for their offices in Bogotá, responsible for:

• Analyzing and ensuring compliance with area KPIs.
• Guaranteeing compliance with the Quality Management System.
• Leading project analysis and management.
• Optimizing processes to make them efficient, innovative, and aligned with the company’s strategic objectives.
• Providing technical support to clients and commercial executives.
• Planning, prioritizing, and supervising technical area activities.
• Managing technological and material resources within the area.
• Developing and delivering formulations/applications.

What do we value?

• Degree in Food Engineering or related fields.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in similar roles within the food industry.
• Technical expertise in development (mainly), quality, and production.
• Leadership skills.
• Proficiency in Office tools (advanced Excel) and management systems (SAP, SUMMA, etc.).
• Experience in technical projects, product development, and quality assurance.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 (certification is a plus).
• Intermediate English proficiency.

📍 Location & Work Modality

• Workplace: Cota, Cundinamarca – Colombia.
• Modality: 100% on-site.
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
