Sr Business Development Executive | LATAM
Would you like to be part of a dynamic commercial team that values innovation, continuous learning and teamwork?
Reporting to the Business Development team, as Sr Business Development Executive LATAM, you will play a key role in identifying, developing and closing new business opportunities in Latin America, with a focus on Pix International and Pix Roaming. You will be responsible for building and strengthening a strategic network of contacts with key clients and partners in the region, actively participating in negotiations, events and growth strategies.
Responsabilities 🤓
- Identify and execute prospecting strategies in conjunction with the business development team for the Pix International/Pix Roaming vertical in LATAM.
- Build and strengthen strategic relationships with clients and partners in the region.
- Attend inbound and outbound leads qualified by the pre-sales team.
- Organise and lead remote and face-to-face meetings with prospects and partners, presenting PagBrasil's solutions.
- Actively participate in industry events, trade fairs and conferences to promote PagBrasil's presence in LATAM.
- Gain in-depth knowledge of the technical and financial flows of our solutions and their competitive advantages.
- Negotiate prices, deadlines and commercial conditions, ensuring agreements aligned with the company's strategies.
- Manage and accelerate the flow of opportunities in the sales funnel using Salesforce.
- Prepare and present commercial proposals customised to clients needs.
- Accompany the approval process and customer testing period in collaboration with support and operations.
You should have:
✔️ Full university degree in Administration, International Relations, Economics, Production Engineering or related.
✔️ Native Spanish and Portuguese, advanced English is a plus.
✔️ Flexibility to travel occasionally (commercial tours, events);
✔️ Proficiency in inside sales, cold calling and negotiation techniques.
✔️ Residence in Sao Paulo or availability to relocate.
It will be a differential factor if you have:
- Experience in the payments market or financial solutions;
- Experience in B2B sales, preferably in the technology market;
- Knowledge of the regulatory and payments ecosystem of the financial system in LATAM.
