Tienda Crafters is a dynamic online retail space specializing in home and construction products. Constantly growing, it stands out by offering customers a unique shopping experience. As a leader in sales on Mercado Libre, the company is now developing its own e-commerce platform. Additionally, it has a private label product line and a customer service point located in Palermo.

We are looking for a Marketing Leader to spearhead and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy, combining branding, performance, and communication across social media and institutional channels. We seek a proactive and creative professional, capable of delivering concrete results and contributing to the brand’s growth.

Main Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the marketing strategy.
• Oversee and execute both online and offline marketing initiatives.
• Optimize and supervise performance marketing campaigns (Meta, Google, MercadoLibre Ads, etc.).
• Strengthen the Crafters brand, ensuring consistent messaging and positioning.
• Create content and manage social media presence.
• Coordinate and manage vendors and freelancers (designers, agencies, ad specialists, etc.).
• Identify market opportunities and trends in urbanism, design, art, and architecture to engage the audience.
• Collaborate with other teams (sales, customer service, product) to ensure aligned and effective communication.
• Prepare KPI reports and manage budgets for marketing initiatives.

What We Value

• Experience in digital marketing for B2C e-commerce and branding (minimum 3 years).
• Knowledge of performance marketing (Meta Ads, Google Ads, MercadoLibre Ads).
• Experience coordinating vendors and agencies.
• Strategic planning and operational execution skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with growing resources.
• Autonomous, solution-oriented, and results-driven profile.
• Passion for design, architecture, and urbanism (a plus).

Job Details

📍 Location: Saavedra (DOT area). Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Initially on-site, then hybrid.
