We are looking for a Senior Payroll & Personnel Administration Analyst to join a dynamic team in a company with regional reach and a strong focus on continuous process improvement.

Role Objective: Contribute to the compliance of payroll and personnel administration processes by providing comprehensive support to the People & Culture team.

Main Responsibilities:

• Execute end-to-end payroll processes: updates, new hires, terminations, provisions, and sector accounting.
• Manage personnel-related tasks: supplier contracts, service certifications, billing, health insurance management, and more.
• Contribute to the construction and monitoring of team metrics.
• Participate in the preparation and budget control of the department.

What we value: 

• Advanced student or graduate in HR, Business Administration, or related fields.
• At least 3 years of experience in similar positions.
• Previous experience in multinational companies (required).
• Advanced Excel / Office Suite skills.
• Intermediate English level (required).
• Experience in the insurance sector, knowledge of SuccessFactors and Power BI is valued.
• Desired experience in compensation and benefits.

Employment Conditions: 📍 Hybrid work model: 3 days remote + 2 in-office. 🕘 Monday to Thursday from 9 AM to 6 PM | Friday from 8 AM to 2 PM. 💼 Permanent contract.
