Executive Assistant | Leading Company
We are looking for an Executive Assistant with strong experience and strategic vision to provide comprehensive, trustworthy support to the President of a well-established national company.
Key Responsibilities
- Full management of the calendar and coordination of both corporate and personal meetings.
- Planning of travel arrangements, documentation, and procedures related to both business and personal matters.
- Preparation, review, and filtering of reports and presentations for senior management.
- Follow-up on delegated projects and tasks, ensuring deadlines and priorities are met.
- Serving as the main point of contact for internal and external matters, professionally representing the President.
- Cross-functional collaboration with different areas of the organization, ensuring efficiency and confidentiality.
What We Value
- University degree required; a postgraduate degree or MBA is a plus.
- Proven experience (5 to 7 years) as Executive Assistant to top-level executives.
- Strategic mindset and big-picture thinking to anticipate both business and personal needs.
- Advanced spoken and written English (mandatory). A second language is a plus.
- High level of discretion, confidentiality, and trust in handling sensitive information.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, strong organizational abilities, and autonomy.
- Driver’s license and access to personal vehicle (preferred).
Work Modality
- High flexibility to alternate between remote and in-office work.
- Availability for occasional travel, both domestic and international.
- On-site location when required: Western Greater Buenos Aires area.
