At Grupo Harmony, people and human relationships are a priority—both within the organization and with clients. We are currently looking for an Account Executive with a minimum of 3 years of experience to join our team, based in Costa Rica.
Your responsibilities will include:
Business Plan Development: Design effective strategies and ensure the achievement of sales objectives.
Active Client Management: Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to maximize satisfaction and business growth.
Business Development: Identify and capitalize on opportunities with current and prospective clients to expand the business portfolio.
Target Client Prospecting: Research and approach new potential clients aligned with the company’s objectives.
Project Management: Manage the resources required for project development, ensuring proper execution.
Analysis and Reporting: Update internal systems and prepare detailed reports for monitoring and evaluation purposes.
What we value:
A degree or advanced studies in Chemical Engineering, Food Engineering, or related fields.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a commercial or sales role.
Knowledge of the food, beverage, and pharmaceutical markets, as well as sales cycles for different inputs (key players, trends, etc.).
Results-oriented mindset, leadership skills, and autonomy in project management.
Strong communication skills.
Intermediate level of English.
Availability to travel.
Own vehicle and valid driver’s license.
