Office Barista, a fast-growing European provider of premium office coffee and water solutions, is entering the Spanish market and looking for a Sales Manager Spain to lead its first stage of expansion.
This is a unique entrepreneurial role for someone excited about building something from the ground up. The person joining will initially focus on commercial development and market entry, but with a clear path to evolve into Country Manager as the operation grows.
You will work closely with the regional leadership team to establish the brand, develop the client base, and shape the future structure of the business in Spain.
Office Barista operates through a long-term rental and service contract model, providing companies with premium coffee and water solutions combined with maintenance and support.
Key responsibilities
Lead the commercial launch of Office Barista in Spain, building the first client portfolio and developing market presence.
Identify, approach, and close B2B opportunities with offices, coworking spaces, and facility management environments.
Build and manage a pipeline of clients from scratch, combining direct prospecting, networking, and field sales.
Act as the local face of the business, representing the brand in meetings, demonstrations, and industry interactions.
Conduct on-site visits and needs assessments to recommend the most suitable coffee and water solutions.
Work closely with headquarters to develop sales strategies, presentations, and market positioning.
Develop relationships with corporate offices, SMEs, banks, multinational companies, business parks, and facility management providers.
Support the initial operational setup of the Spanish business while driving commercial traction.
As the operation grows, begin building and leading a local sales team.
Requirements
5–10 years of experience in B2B sales or business development.
Strong experience selling into office environments, facility services, workplace solutions, or related sectors.
A hunter mentality with proven ability to generate business opportunities and close new contracts.
Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort operating in a startup-style environment.
Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
Ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
Fluent Spanish and professional English.
