What could your main challenges be?

• Lead and develop financial strategies aligned with business objectives.

• Contribute to financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.

• Analyze financial indicators, margins, costs, and profitability to identify improvement opportunities.

• Oversee and coordinate different finance functions, ensuring efficient management and a comprehensive business perspective.

• Drive initiatives focused on resource optimization, operational efficiency, and financial performance.

• Provide strategic insights and recommendations to support executive decision-making.

• Ensure compliance with financial policies, applicable regulations, and internal control standards.

• Lead multidisciplinary teams and collaborate with different business areas on strategic projects.

• Promote transformation, digitalization, and continuous improvement across financial processes.

What experience and skills are we looking for?

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.

• More than 10 years of experience in finance, including senior management or leadership positions.

• Experience managing different financial functions, such as Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), controlling, accounting, treasury, budgeting, or financial strategy.

• Experience in multinational companies, large organizations, or the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry.

• Proven ability to lead teams, manage strategic projects, and collaborate across business functions.

• Strong knowledge of financial analysis, performance indicators, profitability, and financial planning.

• Knowledge of financial and accounting standards, including IFRS.

• Advanced Excel proficiency and experience with financial management tools. SAP experience is an advantage.

• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.

• Strategic thinking, analytical skills, leadership, and the ability to influence stakeholders in corporate environments.

• Foreign professionals holding SEM immigration status in Panama may also be considered, subject to applicable work authorization requirements.
