This year, Cervecería Nacional is looking to meet professionals with experience in marketing, brand development, and commercial strategy execution, who can connect ideas, consumers, and experiences to strengthen brand presence in the market.

Where could your experience take you?

Cervecería Nacional is looking to connect with talent for Brand Management profiles, combining creativity, commercial vision, and execution capabilities to build relevant brands and memorable consumer experiences.

An opportunity to contribute to the development of integrated brand strategies, activations, sponsorships, and campaigns that align business objectives with the characteristics of each channel and audience.

What could your main challenges be?

• Contribute to the planning, development, and execution of integrated 360° brand plans, considering different commercial and marketing channels.

• Develop channel-specific strategies and coordinate their implementation across the brand portfolio.

• Ensure consistency with global brand guidelines and the positioning of each brand.

• Propose new ideas and initiatives to strengthen the development of local brands.

• Lead the planning and execution of sponsorships and strategic partnerships.

• Design and develop brand experiences that connect with consumers.

• Coordinate ATL and BTL initiatives, working with creative agencies, media agencies, and external suppliers.

• Integrate brand activations with e-commerce channels, driving visibility, traffic, and conversion.

• Analyze campaign and activation results, identifying insights and opportunities for improvement.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent execution of brand strategies.

What experience and skills are we looking for?

• University degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

• At least 2 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Sales, or Marketing within the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry.

• Knowledge of brand strategies, commercial activations, and marketing campaigns.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.

• Ability to work collaboratively and coordinate initiatives with different departments and external partners.

• Creativity, energy, and a proactive approach to proposing new ideas.

• Results orientation and the ability to analyze market information.

• Excellent communication skills with stakeholders at different organizational levels.

• Motivation to learn, grow professionally, and take on new challenges.
