Main responsabilities:

• Prepare role-specific training materials.

• Analyze training needs and assess impact through metrics.
• Build relationships with operational stakeholders.
• Deliver and oversee Peak Plans with the Training Manager.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Fluency in Polish and English.
• At least 2 years in training and coaching roles.
• Strong organizational and delivery skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

Preferred:

• Experience in distribution or hospitality.
• Knowledge of H&S, Quality, and HR Procedures.
