Where could your experience take you?

We are looking for a Business Manager – Audio to lead the commercial and technical strategy of the Audio product portfolio for a leading multinational company, driving product development, innovation, competitiveness, and profitability across Panama and Latin America.

This role connects market needs with product creation and evolution, from initial concept through development and launch.

What will be your main responsibilities?

• Design and implement commercial strategies to maximize sales and profitability within the Audio category.

• Lead the entire product development lifecycle, from concept and testing to production and market launch.

• Identify market trends, consumer needs, and innovation opportunities.

• Collaborate with Engineering, R&D, and Manufacturing teams to develop competitive products.

• Negotiate with strategic customers, distributors, and suppliers.

• Define product development and marketing budgets, monitor costs, and evaluate return on investment (ROI).

• Develop pricing, positioning, and portfolio management strategies.

• Coordinate marketing and branding initiatives to strengthen the category's market presence.

• Train sales teams on product technical specifications, features, and competitive advantages.

What experience and qualifications are we looking for?

• University degree in Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications, Sound Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field.

• At least 5 years of experience in commercial and strategic management.

• Previous experience in the FMCG sector and a background in the electronics industry are essential.

• Strong knowledge of product management and the product lifecycle.

• Experience in financial analysis, cost management, profitability, and P&L management.

• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills and advanced English proficiency.

• Knowledge of ERP systems, CRM platforms, and project management tools will be considered a plus.

• Postgraduate studies in Marketing, Sales, or Product Management will be valued.
