What if your first career opportunity is waiting for you at Speed Dating de Talento?

On October 27, AIWA will take part in a new edition of Speed Dating de Talento, at the Sortis Hotel in Panama City.

An event that brings companies and professionals together in a different format, creating opportunities to connect directly, beyond traditional recruitment processes.

At this edition, AIWA is also looking to meet students who are eager to learn, discover new possibilities, and start building their professional journey.

Where could your professional journey begin?

AIWA would love to connect with students interested in developing their skills, bringing fresh ideas, and gaining insight into how a company with a regional presence operates.

You will have the opportunity to share your interests and explore potential internships in areas such as:

• Product: Product development, portfolio management, and market insights.

• Administration & Finance: Administrative processes, financial analysis, and information management.

• International Business: Commercial operations and coordination of activities across different markets.

• Operations (Colón): Operational processes and activities that support day-to-day business operations.

We value curiosity, initiative, teamwork, and, above all, a genuine willingness to learn.

You don't need extensive professional experience. We want to learn about your motivations, interests, and the areas you would like to explore as you take your first steps into the professional world.

This initiative aims to connect with students interested in future internship opportunities at AIWA.

Your next connection starts here

Speed Dating de Talento offers a different experience: individual, 15-minute, one-on-one (1:1) interviews with company representatives, where the focus is on making meaningful connections, sharing your interests, and exploring new professional possibilities.

At INHAUS, we will help you prepare so you can make the most of every conversation. Because our goal is for these conversations to continue beyond the event and develop into meaningful professional connections and real opportunities.

Would you like to be part of it?

Apply, tell us about your interests and aspirations, and get ready for a conversation that could open new doors.

See you at Speed!
